Norfolkline is very pleased to announce the arrival of the Maersk Exporter to the Irish Sea from Monday 2nd March 2009.  The arrival of the Maersk Exporter brings a new standard of excellence to our Belfast - Heysham service.

Norfolkline offer a dedicated freight service on the Belfast - Heysham route, with ensuite cabin driver accommodation for 12 drivers on each sailing.

This route is particularly suitable for the shipment of hazardous cargo and abnormal loads.

Heysham offers easy access to major motorway links throughout Britain.

The crossing time from Belfast to Heysham is approximately 9 hours and we have both day and night sailings in both directions.

This route is serviced by the Maersk Exporter and the Saga Moon.
