Freight ferry booking using Norfolkline's business portal

Our business portal enables our customers to streamline their business processes and improve their efficiency.

Norfolkline has developed a business portal that its customer's can use to make freight ferry bookings. The system is easy to use and allows those that use it to manage their bookings with us more effectively.

In order to use the business portal a unique portal account is created for the customer. This allows them to access the portal and make booking requests for the routes, voyages, and vehicle types that have been agreed as part of the sales process.

  • The customer logs in to the business portal using a standard Internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer)
  • The customer then selects to review previous bookings or create new booking requests
  • When creating a new booking request the user can select the relevant details and submit the booking request directly to Norfolkline's systems
  • Once the booking request has been processed the customer will receive notification the booking reference number (if required), and at any time the user can review status of active or passed booking requests
